The room was spacious and comfortable, with a soft bed. The bathroom was modern and immaculate. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. The staff provided warm hospitality and complimentary drinks.

Peaceful and handy location not far from the alley to the property and sports park with beautiful view from the property and Auckland, everything fine. There was a tub in the shared bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at Horse Shoe Manor in Paihia. The value for our money was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for visiting family and the staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of Horse Shoe Manor! The vintage furniture and cozy atmosphere really made me feel at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, perfect for a senior like me to relax and unwind. I especially appreciated the thoughtful accessibility features, such as handrails in the hallways and grab bars in the bathroom. It made getting around so much easier!

My only wish for a better vacation for senior people would be for the children working there to provide more assistance with luggage. Sometimes it can be quite challenging for us seniors to handle heavy suitcases on our own.

Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. the couple who owned the property were friendly and professional, and they even kept my forgotten item safe until I returned from work. a budget-friendly and convenient stay.

Me and my squad had a blast exploring Paihia and checking out the cool activities like kayaking in the Bay of Islands and going on a thrilling dolphin cruise. The location was mint, right by the beach and close to all the rad bars and clubs. We had a sick time partying and making memories together!

The only thing we wished for was a wicked pool area or maybe a hot tub at Horse Shoe Manor. It would have been a total game-changer for us party animals to chill and unwind after a wild night out.

Some communication issues were encountered, as an email request was not responded to promptly. Limited power points and inconvenient placement of the hairdryer made it difficult to use in front of a mirror.
